The Villa was presentable, but looked like it had just missed the finishing touches. Location was good, with lots in walking distance. Was a problem with some local cats early in the morning.
House keeping was a let down, there was none. We didn’t expect clean linen and towels daily, but having to ask after day 4 was a joke. Not to mention having to ask for more toilet paper. Very poor.
There is no reception at check in and often no staff around at all if you need anything.
On arrival we were told that payment needed to be made in cash, credit cards not accepted. They it was very hard to get a receipt for the payment.
One a whole there is a lot of improvements needed to bring this place up standard, even Bali standard.
