"Beautiful hotel. We enjoyed the Christmas in July decorations. Excellent location, short walk to Echo Point and Scenic World. The only minor negative is that there’s no coffeemaker in the room, just packets of instant coffee. "

"The property was amazing and the views spectacular. The house is very spacious with room to spread out. Beds & pillows were all comfortable, water pressure in showers were good and beautiful soft towels. We saw kangaroos each day on the propertyWe stayed for 2 nights In winter, I would recommend bringing at least 4-5 bags of wood, kindling and fire starters.The wood provided was only 3 pieces per inside fireplace and we had to clean out the fireplace from the previous booking. Being a group of ladies who do not have fireplaces at home and it bring the only heat source in the living areas, it would have been great if the fireplaces were set up and all we had to do was light them. We were tripping the power when we had the oven, microwave and dishwasher on and one of the heaters in the bedrooms was also constantly tripping the power. It was a shame the bed in the upstairs master bedroom wasn’t on the other side so you could lay in bed and see the sunrise/view of the mountainThese were only small inconveniences, overall it was a wonderful stay and would definitely stay again. "The house is lovely, super cozy, easy to find and a really nice slef-contained space for couple. even though there is no stove, the electric pan and hot plate were more than enough. The span bath is really nice.However, we did have some issues with the amenities. We were not provided enough material to light up a fire and when we raised it with the company that manages this rental, it took them over 12 hours to get back to us (this is the blue mountains in winter, we needed fire), they first deny that we did not have what was needed and we had to send pictiures proving we didn't. We also requested 2 hours of late check-out as a way to make up for all the time and stress that it took us to try to get kindling and news paper ourselves, light the fire, deal with a freezing weather the first and second nights, it took several emails until kindly one of the people form the company agreed to our request and provided us with 1 extra hour of late check-out, which we are thankful for.The aircon even though provided some relief from the cold on the last day and night, it's not strong enough to heat the whole palce properly, plus i'ts too high up in a triangular ceiling which makes the little amount of hot air coming out of it, go straing up and reducing its efficency to warm up the place. "
