"This was genuinely the best stay I have ever had. The room and facilities were great, the food was utterly amazing, and the staff were so welcoming and caring. I spent four nights here and I wish I could stay for longer. While it’s a bit expensive, it is worth every yen. The staff was so helpful and made sure every second I spent there was incredible. I really cannot recommend this place enough!"

"This was the most amazing experience. The staff was extremely professional and welcoming. A must do if you’re wanting to get the full ryokan onsen experience"

"Amazing stay, incredibly helpful staff that can’t do enough for you, lovely private Onsen in the hills. Must visit if in the area"
