"We selected this hotel because if it’s convenience to the Istanbul airport. We were very pleased with all the amenities. The free shuttle is perfect. We had to leave very early for a flight and would miss the breakfast. Our hotel staff offered to make us a lunch to-go which was so thoughtful. Staff and rooms were extremely welcoming. The entire hotel was spotless. Very, very good value for the price."

"I didn't have any problem with the hotel room or with the hotel staff but it wasn't nice to listen to the couple in the room on us fighting, yelling and screaming all night, that ruined all our sleep whole night. Thanks for the receptionist who I reported the situation, they took care of it at the same moment. I wondered what happened that night in that room but I couldn't ask to the bellboy."
