"We chose this hotel as it was near the park. The staff were efficient and very helpful. They have us tea and sweets on arrival before showing us to our room. The western style twin beds were clean and comfortable apart from the normal Japanese hard pillows. The legless chairs with cushions were set on a tatami platform and it overlooked a residential area & trees. The shower room was clean and well appointed. As usual there was little room for suitcases except in the corridor by the tea making...

"Front desk staff was polite, kind, pleasant and competent. Conveniently located for enjoying parks and downtown. Wish it had an electric outlet and more counter space in the bathroom and no elevated partition that could be easily tripped at the bathroom entrance. "
