The worst hotel in the entire world, we had to stand & wait for 2 hours just to check in, at least 100 people standing on line including seniors & kids with only 2 receptionist !!

The worst Genting Hotel

Genting Hotel cleaness is very terrible, very dirty toilet & floor, looks like the cleaner skipped the work. Pls don't stay this hotel.

We just stayed there for two nights but to our amaze no housekeeping, fridge not working, no slippers, no toiletries replenishment. Very awful experience that we wanted to transfer hotel the first step set foot on our room. Don't stay here!
