"The property is located in orchard road with good access to shopping malls and restaurants. Room size was small suitable for solo and couple travellers but not suitable for family. Staffs were very well polite and well behaved. A good experience overall "

"Excellent option for travellers who want to be close to it all!! We had a great experience and loved the breakfast each day as well. The club lounge was so worth it with friendly staff and an epic view from the top of the building. Would highly recommend the Skaii restaurant for dinner."

Shame about the queue for a table for the buffet breakfast after about 8am, but once in, the breakfast is very good with many chefs and lots of Asian options. Great location right next to 3 malls and Promenade MRT."

"Great location right in the heart of a shopping district. Room was practical for a city hotel with a comfortable bed, not much privacy in the frosted glass bathroom. Rooftop pool was a huge benefit and turned out to a good vantage point to watch the fireworks. They were also really flexible at check out, allowing us to use the pool and shower facilities before our evening flight."
