Amazing 14m infinity pool, outside dining & lounge area, sea views, & big garden

"Villa Kallithea really does live up to it's name. The views are superb and the sunsets are magical.We arrived to a wonderful welcome from our hosts, they have thought of everything. The villa is very well supplied and immaculately clean, with crisp white sheets, gorgeous fluffy towels and huge beach towels for the pool side. There are books and boardgames and plenty of lovely places to grab some shade and relax in. We enjoyed our welcome hamper including a lovely bottle of local wine and fresh olive bread whilst the kids explored the villa and garden.The outdoor kitchen is a BBQ enthusiast 's dream, complete with an oven and fridge and sink.We loved the location, it is private and was very peaceful. Everything you need is just a short drive into the next village where we rented a boat and bought snorkelling gear.They generously warmed up the hot tub for us which was lovely to relax in and watch the sunset.We will definitely return to Villa Kallithea."

"This is a relatively new resort. The experience was very relaxing. Staff well trained. Very nice arrival experience. Restaurants were ok but not exceptional. Italian menu was relatively limited. There are a number of snagging items that need to be addressed in the room. Also staff forgot to refresh drinking water in our room on our second day. Swimming in the sea was incredible. All in all we came away very relaxed and thoroughly enjoyed the experience."

"We had such a magical time in this beautiful property. Peaceful location, stunning views (watching the sun set from the balcony was a highlight) and the pool was just right for us. Everything we needed was a short 5/10 minute drive away and we were easily able to access the water park and Old Town for longer day trips. The home itself is so special, with a mix of vintage and modern furniture, pictures and art which is so up my street!"
A stunning villa on a totally private promontory

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful villa. Everything was even better than we expected — the villa is spacious, immaculate and equipped with absolutely everything you could possibly need.The infinity pool is simply magnificent, and the views and privacy make the whole place feel truly special. We were a family of three generations, and the villa gave us the perfect setting to spend precious time together and create wonderful memories.The location is also excellent for exploring western Crete. During our stay, we visited Elafonissi, about 1h30 by car, Kissamos, from where we took the boat to visit Balos and Gramvousa, and Falassarna, another spectacular beach about 1h30 away. We also visited Lake Kournas, only about 25 minutes from the villa, and the beautiful village of Vamos.We actually enjoyed Rethymno even more than Chania, and we completely fell in love with Kera Beach, which became our favourite nearby beach.A very special thank you to Robert and Angelina for their kindness, communication and hospitality. We felt very comfortable throughout our stay.We only wish we had booked 15 days instead of 10! We would happily return and highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a beautiful, peaceful and truly memorable stay in Crete. "

"Hi, thank you, we had the most wonderful and relaxing stay and we would love to come back! We loved the villa - the terrace, the pool, the most amazing views, the location, it was all so relaxing and worked so well for our family of 5. The air con was great, it was very clean, comfortable and exactly what we needed for our holiday. I would give 10 out of 10. Being able to walk to a couple of mini markets and some lovely restaurants was perfect. We did hire a car and drive to the beach, we didna€™t fancy the walk back up the hill in the heat, but the walk down didna€™t take much more than 10 mins. We miss it already! THANK YOU oŸ˜"

"Nous avons passé une très belle semaine. Nous avons adoré assister aux coucher de soleil sur le toit terrasse privatif. La piscine etait agréable et très peu utilisée par les propriétaires des 2 autres villas. Seul bémol, la literie qui pourrait être changée."
