"We really loved our stay, the rooms are big and clean. The owners are very lovely people. Location is perfect. Just a couple of minutes walk and you are in the centre. We could park our car near the hotel on the road. I'm in a wheelchair and the living room, bedroom and balcony are big. There are no bumps. The bathroom is small. I can walk a little bit, so I had no problem with it. But there is no room for the wheelchair in the bathroom.."

"Villa Andromeda is exactly how it looks in the pictures and how the other reviewers have described. The road to and from the property is fine apart from a twenty metre section where you have to be especially careful - we managed fine in two normal front wheel drive manual hire cars for a party of eight. Robert has found a great team of hosts - led by Angelina who look after everything for you. They even went as far as improving that small part of the road leading to the villa for us! The location and the villa are truly amazing with the most beautiful sunset we’ve ever seen. There are plenty of lovely tavernas and restaurants nearby with lots of local supermarkets that are reasonably priced and stock so many options. So you can get the best of both worlds - complete solitude in the most beautiful setting or sample typical Greek traditional offerings. The old town in Chania is a must visit and we’d also recommend hiring a boat for half a day - we did both self drive and a captained private catamaran which were both awesome."

"Villa Melodie is an amazing property. The highlights are the upstairs living area, outdoor area and pool. We stayed for 10 nights and swam every afternoon and had some great pizza nights and BBQs outside on the terrace with kids swimming in the pool. The views and sunset was spectacular. Anastasia and Carina are amazing hosts - probably the best we have ever had at a holiday rental. They went above and beyond to make our time in Plaka/Almyrida special. We were a family of 4 with young kids and the villa was definitely very spacious for us."
