Comfort and elegance

Incredible. The room, the bathroom, the amenities, the kitchen, the balcony, the view, the bed... Everything was perfect! The breakfast is exceptional, served fresh as you choose. The staff were very kind, friendly and helpful. The view is breathtaking and the pool is very good. Almyrida beach is about a 7-minute walk away and is very good.

Very nice view and a quite place Pool very clean and the same all over the hotel. Room cleaned every day - even sand from beach was cleaned. Breakfast don’t miss that it is amazing… Staff very friendly and happy to help you We cannot say any negative about this hotel Except we only spent 1 week ….

This was such a beautiful property and the staff were so kind and accommodating to us. We loved the suite with walk out to the pool and the restaurant had one of the best meals we had in Crete. The suites are also very well soundproofed. Highly recommend this hotel!

We stayed in a suite with private pool access and that was great for travelling with a little one. Pool temperature of about 30° meant that it was perfect for the sunny weather. Kitchen area is basic - no dishwasher is a shame. Nevertheless it was very useful. Breakfast was reasonable.

The apartment was lovely the clearners were great.. but went for breakfast once and the hospitality was not friendly also very expensive..and poor quality food for breakfast.. great restaurants just a 2 minute walk with great food had friendly service..went to checkout and saff once again not to friendly did not ask us anything or if our stay was good nothing.. shame about the pool lovely pool but no view just brick wall when in pool big mistake as its a executive suit..they need to be more friendly at this property make people feel they want to return...

Indimenticabile

E' stata la prima volta a Creta e la scelta è andata su questa struttura moderna e con un'ottima posizione. Abbiamo scelto una suite con accesso alla piscina privata e, visto le spiagge che ci sono sull'isola, usata pochissimo. A volte usata solo per rilassarci la sera al rientro e nel silenzio della notte. La suite aveva tutti i confort, 2 split dell'aria condizionata, uno per zona, cucina attrezzatissima, accessori bagno tutto compreso, con teli da piscina e pantofole. Personale di pulizia sempre presente e attento alle esigenze ed ai tempi dell'ospite. La colazione con porzioni abbondanti e squisite, con alimenti a km 0, servita da personale, a volte, poco attento alle ordinazioni. Personale di reception gentile ed efficiente ad ogni richiesta e ci hanno consigliato su alcune attività da fare. Nei dintorni della struttura, soprattutto nel centro di Plaka, tanti ristorantini carini, accoglienti, con ottimo cibo, porzioni abbondanti e prezzi bassi. Una cosa positiva dei Cretesi è il ritmo che danno alla loro giornata, senza fretta e stress, ed un po' ce lo hanno trasmesso. Grazie a tutto ciò e alle splendide spiagge e città di Creta, la nostra vacanza è stata davvero rilassante e indimenticabile. Una cosa negativa da segnalare è che in tutti i posti, ristoranti, negozi, uffici, ecc, ci sono traduzioni in tutte le lingue, tranne l'italiano. Peccato!

Nous avons adoré nos 5 nuits à cet hôtel. La piscine était parfaite pour se rafraîchir en fin de journée. Le personnel à l’accueil était très accueillant et nous a bien aidé dans nos recherches. Elles n’ont pas hésité à faire des appels pour nous afin de faire des réservations. Le seul point négatif est que l’eau embouteillée et le café n’étaient fournis que la première journée. Par contre, il y a un petit marché à 2 minutes de marche. Très pratique ! Nous avons aussi adoré le petit restaurant Emerald, situé à 3 minutes de marche. La ville de Chania est environ à 40 minutes de l’hôtel en voiture. Un superbe séjour !

Bon choix, un peu à l'écart mais pas trop

Complexe hôtelier sur les hauteurs, un peu à l'écart de la foule. La plage et ses restaurants sont à 900m : on y descend en 5 minutes à pied mais la remontée est un peu plus dure. Deux Supermarkets juste à côté : très pratique, car on a aussi choisi cet hôtel parce qu'il est doté de kitchenettes bien équipées. Parking suffisant. Très belle vue sur la baie : notre chambre était au dernier étage, au calme. En revanche, je n'aurais pas aimé avoir une chambre au r-d-c donnant directement sur la piscine : aucune intimité, je ne comprends pas le concept ! Grande piscine propre et chaude. Literie king size au top. Belle sdb moderne. En été, la clim' doit tourner sans cesse, car les chambres sont très exposées au soleil.

Moderne og fint sted. Hyggelige ansatte. Stille og rolig. Fint med parkering ved hotellet. Plaka er en liten og koselig landsby. Bar/restaurant kun åpen til frokost, burde vært tydeligere. Kommunikasjon via hotels.com fungerte ikke, men bra når direkte med hotellet. Bil er bra for å komme seg rundt utover Plaka.

Unser Zimmer war direkt am Pool. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett, das Zimmer und das Bad waren sehr sauber, geräumig und modern. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Das Frühstück und ganz besonders der Kaffee war wirklich lecker. Wir können die Anlage wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Sehr tolles, ruhiges, sauberes Hotel. Die Staff sind sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Pools sind in einem top Zustand. Das einzige wo beklagt werden kann ist, dass nach 4 gratis Kaffee-Kapseln für die Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer jede weitere Kapsel je €1 kostet. Trotzdem ist das Hotel absolut zum empfehlen.
