"There is basically no staff on the property, all check in check out are done thru machine. Room are not cleaned, no room service/cleaning for my whole 3 days 2 night stay. "The hotel was very basic but it had everything I needed. There was a restaurant nearby and a few convenience stores. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rates were very cheap given the locale. "My second visit to this hotel and I was not disappointed. I always book a room with access to the Club Lounge, as the variety, food and service are excellent. A special shout out to Puspah and the other staff in the Club, as they really look after you. PJ's bar on the roof is very good, plus it has an outdoor space for smokers that doesn't bother other guests. Very convenient for the Paradigm mall if you need to do some shopping or want alternatives to hotel food.
