"This is a 5star hotel with all facilities. The gym is excellent and the pool is fantastic. Dining options offer a buffet breakfast, buffet lunch and buffet dinner with lots of variety. Seniors 60+ gets 50% off which is a real treat! There is a covered linked bridge from the hotel to one of the largest mall which is in the area. It’s very convenient with a 5-7 minutes walk. The mall has 40+ restaurants and also a food court. Food variety is aplenty! The hotel staff from the bell boy to front desk, housekeeping and restaurant staff, their services are excellent and exceptional. They are always smiling, polite, courteous and friendly and never fail to enquire if everything is good. The hotel also provides free transportation to a few other mall locations nearby. Parking is complimentary to guests as well. All in all, I’ll give this hotel an A++. I’ll definitely book this hotel again!"

"This is a basic, no frills hotel which it does really well. Set in an authentic row of shops with traditional food nearby. Perfect to lay your head down after a busy day in the city. If you want swimming pools and gyms, this isn’t for you. If you want affordable and simple safe place to sleep with good air on, go for it."

"We really loved our weekend getaway to KL. We're loving Damansara and Bagsar both of which offer many new trendy f&b spots. The rooms and service at the hotel were top notch, the only area needing improvment was the pool. There was literally no service and when you went to the bar, the bartender seemed disengaged and couldn't even make an Aperol Sprtiz? It's on the bar menu btw... The whole area was a bit of a let down, otherwise, great hotel and superb value for money."

"The hotel is very nice, clean, nice staff. But a little far from everything, but if you like a quiet area, and golf. This is the best place to stay. If most of your tour will be in the city center, this is not for you. "

"Walkway to rooms look dated. Waiting time for the lift also very long, especially during check out time. Other than that, room is clean, spacious and comfy. Rooftop pool very breezy with nice view. Breakfast selection is good too! "
