"We celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary at this charming hotel and we had an amazing experience. From the afternoon wine tasting to the sparkling pool to the delicious breakfasts and gourmet dinner, no detail was overlooked!! The serving staff were exceptional and handed our dining experience. There was even a lovely hand drawn watercolor map provided that guided us through the gardens and orchard (and a few deer) to the footbridge that led across the Russian River into the bustling town of Guerneville, maybe a 20 min walk. The room and bedding were very comfortable and many amenities were provided ( books, games, puzzles, bikes, a hammock and evening smores around the fire pits!). Thank you for a memorable stay!"

"Our stay was great! The house was very comfortable and well apportioned. An excellent combo of creature comforts and rustic charm. We especially loved waking up and drinking our coffee amongst the red woods each morning and easy river access for swimming and playing later in the day. Jordan was very communicative and made the stay a breeze"

"This location was perfect for our visits to Northwoods Golf and Sterling Winery. This home is in a very fun location and so peaceful. We used the front and back decks each day. All our needs were met, kitchen well stocked for food prep, and our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Nice place. Thanks Stace!"

"Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. The property is beautiful, the staff is very friendly, and the breakfast is delicious. Considering you are staying in such a beautiful place in which you most-likely want to see the outdoors, I found the lighting in the rooms as well as privacy options to be not great. Theres either a completely opaque shade you can have for privacy that makes the room completely dark in daytime, or just the open window which looks in on bed and it's a tight space. Not much of a difference between day and night if you want to change, or just see out a bit.it'd be nice to still see some nature while also not being so exposed while you sleep or change, etc. I really wished there was an in between option, like a sheer curtain. My room was also close to the road and you could hear the traffic outside, which wasn't my favorite. I would stay again, but request a different room beforehand."

"LOVED the house, so beautiful and amazing location and would come back in a heart beat. We never figured out how to use the front door, and used the side entrance the whole time and did wish there were more utensils, plates and cooking ware since we had a large group. Overall loved every minute and none of us wanted to leave!"

"Good location, within easy driving distance to Sonoma & Napa wineries, as well as the coast. Very chill place. We enjoyed all the outdoor space. The kitchen was very well equipped. Excellent stemware selection. WC Lodging was very responsive when we couldn’t get a ceiling fan to turn on. We would stay here again."
