Where ever you want to go it was just 4-5 min drive . Food, shopping centre, amusement. Easy to get taxi from hotel as taxi base was right opposite hotel. Taxi fare were really cheap and good thing is they won’t rip you off. Overall excellent experience. Will definitely recommend

Even our room is non smoking but I am still smell the smoking in anywhere at our room, bed or bathroom towel. The hotel and room carpet are extremely old.

Room smells humid and smoke, beds uncomfortable
I booked 3 nights, arrived night time very tired from long drive, checked in, entered the room with a bad smell, was gonna choke, humidity smell with disgusting carpet smell probably cleaned 10 years a go, talked to reception to change room, they did the other room was better but still you can smell something bad, I believe carpet needs to be replaced in the whole building, i said to myself i am here for business and my schedule is very tight I don’t have time to go somewhere else and it was after midnight, so i accepted to stay to find out that the mattresses there are too bad and i can here the inside springs making weird noises, again i said I don’t have time to go check another places but when i started having back pain from their old uncomfortable mattresses I decided to leave, i went to reception next morning to tell them that i am leaving i am not comfortable in their hotel and cant be patient anymore, the guy right away said ok no problem i gave them the key and left to another neighbour hotel. Then next day I discover they changed me for 3 nights instead of 2 nights. I emailed them and explained what happened but they said no we can’t refund your money. They didn’t even care about my bad experience, they didn’t even said sorry. DON’T EVER GO THERE THAT PLACE CANNOT BE EVEN 1 STAR HOTEL

Everything was just perfect. Very modern yet warm decor. Rooms were very comfortable and spacious. Breakfast spread was great and delicious. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Close and within walking distance to good restaurants. Will definitely come back to Bera Konya

Um ótimo hotel
É um hotel na sua essência. Nota-se claramente que toda a forma de operar e ser é de um típico hotel. O lobby é organizado e espaçoso, bom estacionamento, tem 3 elevadores o que não deixa o hóspede esperando. Falta fluência de inglês aos atendentes. Tive um upgrade dado em função do aplicativo que fiz a reserva – Hoteis.com – e ganhei um quarto com sala, mesmo não precisando. Assim, ele tinha espaço de sobra, sendo que a sala tinha duas poltronas e um sofá com uma mesa de centro. O quarto propriamente era de espaço normal, com cama queen size confortável, frigobar, armário, cômoda e local de trabalho. O banheiro é bem acabado, mas sem lavabo ou ducha higiênica. Tudo muito bem limpo e arrumado. O sinal de wifi não era forte ou rápido, mas era constante. O café da manhã é servido em estilo buffet, bem completo e em boa qualidade, baseado na culinária turca. Jantei no hotel – mesmo local do café, mas a comida é apenas razoável. Deixei o carro estacionado no hotel e fui conhecer Konya a pé, portanto, sua localização ajuda; e como o hotel tem bom padrão de serviço, recomendo sem restrições.

Konya is the real Turkey
I like the hotel so much , I reserved two standard bedrooms, they upgraded to two family suites , the location is in the centre and everything we wanted is around, the rooms and the bathrooms are large and very clean breakfast was fantastic and delicious, I will come again to live in this hotel,

The staff was so helpful. Check-in and out was easy. The breakfast was average but the chef was so kind that he prepared what we needed. The only concern was that the bed was not comfy, it needs a softer mattress. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

very professional, courteous staff....Eng.speaking manager very helpful, humorous, breakfast is a veritable feast, and fresh, room service is fast, laundry service excellent and the location worked for me, you can walk to major tourist or shopping destinations! i shall return!!
