"We had a fantastic stay! The place was exceptionally clean, spotless, fresh, and very well maintained. Communication was excellent from start to finish friendly, prompt, and clear, which made everything so easy and stress-free. The accommodation had everything we needed, right down to dishwasher detergent, shampoo, and conditioner, which made our overnight stay so convenient and comfortable. It was clear that a lot of thought had gone into making guests feel welcome. Highly recommend staying here, and we would definitely book again!"

The rental is very clean and stocked with what you need, including lots of beach gear and a cooler. The laundry does come with a fee, however the price is extremely reasonable for a complete laundry service and host is very prompt in communication and completion of your laundry. This is a simple, affordable and family-friendly place that supports a local family."

"Communication with the owner, Mary, was seamless. Responses were always prompt and friendly. The property itself, well, was simply a gem. The cozy, idyllic cottage situated above Kona in a cloud forest surrounded by lush greenery was a peaceful retreat after an adventurous weekend of exploring and long workdays during the week. There’s no doubt that when I return to the Big Island I will be staying here again. I am grateful for the memories of afternoon rains, feeding a visiting pheasant at the back deck, and rhythmic sounds of coqui frogs at night. Thank you for a terrific stay. Highly recommend."

"I am grateful that this was available for a "late" booking. We were provided everything that we needed, and then some, for a much needed vacation, away from downtown at a great price. Communication was great when an issue arose, that had an quick and easy resolution. Although the other rooms were also booked, everyone was respectful of posted quiet hours and all of the available parking spaces available. I hope to return and get one of the spaces with the ocean views!!!"
