"Great home. Not located in downtown, but it's very quiet and is a good place to see sunset. Only few minutes to popular beach and downtown. The house is equipped almost everything we need. Sarah also adviced several beautiful beach. It was really nice to stay here."

The ocean view was one of the best I’ve ever seen, the resort was small, comfortable and relaxing, and the service was excellent. "5 stars all around! This home was spotless, perfect for our family, and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked, the beach gear was a definite bonus, and the pool was the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring.Our favorite spot was the lanai. We spent hours out there playing games, laughing, and watching some of the most beautiful sunsets … We honestly couldn’t get enough of them.A wonderful place to make family memories. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!"

Charming Holualoa Ranching-Era Estate near Kailua and Keauhou. Away from it all!

"The property was just as advertised, and more! We would consider staying there again, and would recommend it to family and friends. Here’s why:Our family of six had more than enough space for our four night stay. The home is so unique and charming, with community spaces and contemplative areas as well. The lanai was a favorite place for morning coffee and family games. The large dining room table is where we ate all of our meals, and the kitchen table was another place for game night. The kids loved to curl up on the window seat in the kitchen! And the kitchen is quite large and had enough kitchen supplies for us to make our dinners. The industrial coffee grinder was clutch! It was quite convenient to have a washer and dryer, which we used a few times. In the laundry room there are so many water sport/toys for use. We didn’t use them, but for those who are looking to snorkel or need their own beach towels those seem to be available. Having beach chairs, a beach, umbrella, and coolers available for use was also a very nice touch. And the top floor shower is luxurious! Views from the home, both looking out over the coast, as well as looking back at the house were very inspiring. It was almost like the kids were living in a fairytale setting. And the sunsets…!The property is about 15 minutes from Kailua-Kona, making trips to the grocery store quite easy."

"We had a fantastic stay! The place was exceptionally clean, spotless, fresh, and very well maintained. Communication was excellent from start to finish friendly, prompt, and clear, which made everything so easy and stress-free. The accommodation had everything we needed, right down to dishwasher detergent, shampoo, and conditioner, which made our overnight stay so convenient and comfortable. It was clear that a lot of thought had gone into making guests feel welcome. Highly recommend staying here, and we would definitely book again!"
