"We enjoyed 4 days in Kyoto at this amazing hotel located at Kyoto Station. This is a seriously impressive facility with several dining and shopping options within the hotel itself. As it is connected to the main Kyoto Station there are countless additional food and shopping options, as well as the convenience of being at the main station for the city.
The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was continuously restocked with water, coffee, tea, and touletry supplies if needed. The room was fabulous and, as expected, spotlessly clean. You cannot go wrong here if you are looking to stay in central Kyoto and want easy access to just about any shopping or dining experience."
"The hotel was amazing. The breakfast was delicious with so many varieties of food. The onsen was beautiful and peaceful. The hotel was spotless and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I feel like it was a traditional Japanese experience staying there "
"This place is amazing! We arrived too early for check-in; however, the staff said they could keep our luggage at the front desk until we returned. When we got back, they had already put our bags in our room. Late-night, complimentary ramen is a must-try! One of the best bowls of ramen I've had in my life! Overall, a great hotel."
