"The front desk staff and house keeping were great. They made my stay the best experience because they had an concerned interest in what ever situation I was talking about even when it wasn't hotel related. The parking looked good, the hotel was uphill from the station and the shuttle stopped at 8pm, but it was easy to go by bus from the nearby Hashimoto station.
The morning shuttle went to Hachioji Station, about 15 minutes away."

"My wife and I stayed at Hotel Gracery during our recent trip to Tokyo. The service was excellent. The rooms were rather spacious and modern. The thing we liked most was the location. This hotel was in the center of it all. Waking distance to everything. The two things I did not like were the terrace to see Godzilla head was closed. I also didn’t like that there was no American television to watch during my stay. "
