Our room was clean. The staff were friendly. We couldn’t determine from the information available on Expedia what sort of view we would have from our room. So we were overlooking the parking lot. It would have been nice to know that in advance, but that’s a criticism of Expedia, not the hotel.

OUTRIGGER Kauaʻi Beach Resort & Spa
The room was perfect. Clean, spacious, Loved that the patio doors had screens. Left the doors open every night to listen to the wind and waves. The food was delicious, the pool n spa were wonderful. The staff was always pleasant and smiling!!

Kaua'i Palms Hotel
The room was clean enough but could use more coffee cups and eating utensils. Was not made aware of breakfast being offered It would have been greatly appreciated. Kitchen sink drained so slowly that it was impossible to was dishes and had to use bathroom sink

very clean rooms, older resort but very clean and comfortable, people very friendly and nice, definitely recommend it this place, if we’re going to be back next time this is the place we will definitely come back
