"Not enough staff when checking in. Had to wait quite awhile upon arrival as only one person working at check-in counter. Received a “towel” card at check-in which said if card not returned then there was a $25 fee. Felt as if we were expected to be towel thieves. Breakfast didn’t open until 6 am ..."
