Clean room, friendly staff. Loaner beach equipment is a plus. Central location to the whole island.

Absolutely Phenomenal resort! I was there celebrating my 50th birthday and they went above and beyond making my trip special! I even saw dolphins from our hotel room with an epic view of the ocean. I could not have asked for a better gift! We used the adults only pool, ate a couple of meals at the small restaurant on site, walked to the beach (so close), rented snorkel gear. We didn’t get a chance to use the transportation they offered to go to local spots, because we had our own car, but loved that they had that. Free parking too, that was wonderful! Tori was very sweet, helpful with great communication. Making my stay just perfect. I didn’t get a chance to get a spa treatment but I’m sure that would have been heavenly too Very grateful and will highly recommend Koloa Landing Resort!

The only great thing about this place are the pools. If you are looking for a resort that has everything you need and you don't want to leave this may be your place. We had to stay here when we extended our stay due to hurricane Lala. Our room was sandy and smelled like vomit and urine the floor was extremely dirty and we even noticed a condom wrapper underneath /behind the nightstand. We were in Poipu killing time before check in when i got a phone call that our room was ready early. We left quickly to check in because we have two toddler boys. When we arrived they told us to enjoy the pool because the system was down and they could not create our room key. The bell hop had attitude with us when I tried to get my family's swim suits out of our checked in luggage. The stay just felt gross and uncomfortable the entire time. We could not wait to get on our plane back home.
