A Great Place to Relax

Spacious and comfortable ground floor condo with a lovely tropical garden view. The sounds of nature from the birds, rustling leaves and bamboo, frogs in the stream made it feel more remote than it is. After busy days out exploring the island it was a peaceful oasis to come home to.

We enjoyed our stay in Poipu! The condo was very close to the beach and a small shopping center. The pool was excellent and the condo was clean and tidy!

Excellent location!

This condo was in an excellent location in Poipu! We were close to shops, restaurants, beaches and entertainment. There was everything you would need in the condo - beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, games, shopping bags,………We will definitely stay here on our next visit.

Love the little Koi pond in the back yard. Lovely sea wind in the evening to keep us cool down. Property was recently remodeled, well-kept and clean. We would not hesitate to rent it again for our next trip.

Great Stay

We spent 4 nights around thanksgiving. This is a highly recommended place. We had a comfortable stay for a family of 4. Everything (bedding, storage, facilities, kitchen, parking, and patios) worked as or above our expectations. The binder provided extremely useful information. The location is great, too, as many beaches and excellent food are all just a few steps away. When we come back to Kauai, we will like to return here!

Spacious and beautiful

This garden view condo is the most spacious one bedroom place we have ever stayed in. The patio faces a small stream with koi and very loud bullfrogs which can be annoying at night. I loved the large bathroom and the shower was luxurious. The complex pool was beautiful and I was usually the only guest using it.

Our first Kauai visit

We loved our condo! It was perfect for us. Loved being on the first floor and everything from parking to cleanliness to size of the condo was great! The owner was super communicative thru the booking process. The only issue was the pool was closed during our visit, but that was not the owner's fault & she was accommodating about it! It was a beautiful pool so when it's up and running again it will be wonderful. Location was great and we'll refer anyone who we hear is going to Kauai to this condo and complex.

perfect jungle setting

my husband, myself and one year old son loved our stay at waikomo streams. the grounds are lovely and lush, felt like we were in the jungle although it's only a 5-10 minute walk to 3 great beaches, and not much longer to walk into poipu beach. the place was really clean and spacious and stocked plentifully, lots of beach toys in the play cupboard. waikomo streams is less than a 5 minute walk to one of the shopping spots as well which was really convenient. great price, we would stay here again in a heartbeat. thanks so much jayne. becky, dave and corbin

This place was really nice and perfect for our last weekend in Hawaii! We had a little trouble locating where the key lockbox code had been shared, and the space was a little stuffy without AC - but still very nice. Open windows and ceiling fans were helpful, but a box fan that could move air close to our face would have helped dramatically. I couldn’t figure out how to get the hot tub to turn on, but in fairness, I didn’t reach out to ask about it either. Overall - lovely space in a great area of the island!

Great place for a Kauai getaway!

This was the perfect home-base for exploring Kauai's wonders - we stayed 9 nights, and found the location especially convenient for day trips to Waimea Canyon. The condo is spacious and comfortable, cheerfully decorated, and had all the amenities one could ask for. The back lanai was a great place to relax - private & peaceful, surrounded by lush tropical vegetation and overlooking a koi-filled stream. Seeing parakeets gathering in the palm trees behind the unit every evening was an unexpected surprise. The roosters and other birds could get a bit loud in the early am, but I enjoyed their songs. Highly recommended!

Poipu Vacation!

We stayed at this condo for three nights on our first trip to Kauai before moving to the north shore. The condo was spacious, simply but nicely decorated and immaculate. The kitchen and bathroom had everything needed to enjoy our stay and make us at home. Jayne was prompt in answering all questions and a shortage of light bulbs was tended to quickly by the on island representative. The location is great within minutes to everywhere on the south shore. The only negative was a very loud bullfrog that disrupted our sleep. Apparently the bullfrog is an endangered species and has to be moved periodically to other locales on the island and management is dealing with the problem. Other than that, we had a great time and enjoyed our stay!

Great location, so-so accomodations

I've stayed at a lot of VRBO properties, particularly in multiple islands in Hawaii, so I am familiar with what is great and what is ok with accomodations. This place is pretty meagerly set up. The bed and shower were great; the tv was problematic and the kitchen was poorly appointed, with what seem to be leftover dishes. There weren't any decent knives for cutting, and the sliding doors and screen doors were difficult to use. I cannot imagine staying there during the true heat of the summer as the only A/C unit is in the bedroom, and it didn't work that great in keeping the room cool at night. I think the rest of the unit would be insufferable during mid-summer. On the first night when the tv was causing problems, the owner was condescending with her responses to my need for help, and she acted like I wasn't following instructions. I ultimately had to insist on her sending someone to fix the issue and he was kind and very helpful. The set up for the tv was still difficult to manage as no apps could be added to watch on the not-so-smart tv. The rug edges are not all properly secured, creating tripping issues. On the 3rd day, the owner contacted me to tell me I couldn't use the clothes dryer. Given we'd only gotten two small beach towels, I told her that would be a problem; then she told me there were more towels we could use. Generally, her communication was inadequate and terse. Because of these issues, I would not stay there again or recommend it.

The perfect location and best host

My husband and I came for an 8 day stay in the Poipu area. Being our third time to the area, we were pretty particular about where we wanted to stay, yet we had a budget. Jayne's place could not have been better!! Not only was it so close to all of the amazing things we love about Poipu, she even has a jeep that she will rent to you if available! The price of both was so good! The place was very clean and had everything a person needed to stay home and relax or go to the beach and relax.Dennis is A also. He is the contact that will pick you up and take you back to Lihue airport for a small fee. He had all the tips for where to eat as well as the most amazing places to make sure to see.We felt the Aloha spirit for sure and encourage you whether a newcomer or a returning visitor to stay here!!! Relaxing and beautiful!

The property owner went above and beyond. Villa had beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, one scuba set. Kitchen had everything you needed plus aluminum foil and saran wrap. The Linae was so peaceful. We went for a swim one morning and pool was lovely!! Definitely would love to return again!

Home away from home.

Loved the unit and all that was available. It felt like home away from home with a paradise feel. Everything was very comfortable and the information in the notebook was super helpful on the beaches and restaurants. We weren’t aware of the availability of the Jeep, but will definitely use it next time. We left some snorkel gear to be used by future guess. Thank you for sharing your unit with us

Jayne’s place was the perfect location for morning walks, coffee runs, dinner, and shopping. We both slept well and had everything that we could need for our stay. Jayne was great to communicate with and flexible with a late checkout. Definitely looking forward to another stay.

Kauai Getaway

Close to shopping and beaches. Nice pool on property. Would suggest renting a car as island has too many beauty features/attractions. Owner has a car available to rent at very reasonable price.
