This was a perfect location. Nice and quiet. Close to the beach and walking distance to some great food. The condo needs some updating but was adequate. Great host who was very friendly and responsive.

Lovely property and convenient location!

Loved everything about this property. Would totally recommend staying there. Convenient location near Poipu Beach and Koloa town, close to food and shopping, but quiet and tranquil. Great to have washer and dryer, full kitchen and all the amenities you need. Really loved our time there!

Perfect piece of paradise

We loved this little piece of paradise! It was very clean, had everything we needed (and more!), and the gardens and stream were very relaxing and soothing. It felt private and we loved being able to take short walks to the beach or shopping.

Truly a gem

The location is fantastic. The place is lovely. It’s well decorated, stocked, with a roomy shower and to top it all off the bed is super comfy. We both highly recommend this place.

Fantastic condo!

Wonderful, spacious, beautiful condo. Super clean, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and great lanai to relax/eat meals on. Location is walking distance to two shopping areas which is really handy. Easy short drive to great beaches. It was a brilliant stay and we would definitely stay here again.

Great property

We will be staying here again on our next Kauai vacation. The location was great to go on day trips or walk to shops and dinner. Bed was comfy, kitchen has everything, and coffee and dinner on the balcony was a nice bonus.

First trip to Kauai

This condo is truly a hidden gem. Super clean, spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything one would need and then some. We really enjoyed our stay. We were worried about not having AC but once we were there we realized with all the open windows/trade winds and the ceiling fans it was very comfortable. It's in walking distance to shopping and restaurants at Kukuiula shopping center and also walking distance for sunsets to Koloa Landing or the Sunset wall. We would definitely return and recommend. A hui hou!

30th Anniversary Stay

What a great place to stay in Kauai!!! It was spacious and stocked very well...from all the beach "equipment" to items in the cupboard. Check-in was easy and Stephanie was easy to reach and responded ASAP, if we had any questions. We look forward to returning in the near future!!

Incredibly pleasant stay!!

This is a very comfortable condo and is decorated true to the area making for a wonderful stay! The kitchen has great appliances and is well stocked with necessities for cooking. The full size washer and dryer, double sink vanity, and oversized shower were all definitely added bonuses. The grounds are gorgeous and well kept! Would recommend to anyone!!

Beautiful place with all the amenities

We spent a week here for the Kauai marathon and you couldn't ask for a better location! Spacious unit and right next to the beautiful pool. Full kitchen, roomy patio, tropical garden with stream throughout the complex, and amazing sunset views just down the street. Would definitely stay there again!

Big Island Vacation

My husband and two adult boys spent the week on the island. We loved the view from the balcony overlooking the fairway and the ocean. The food at the pool restaurant was wonderful. The property was clean and well maintained. We have a fabulous vacation.

Green on three sides!

The photos do not do this place justice, it's a little breezy slice of paradise. Windows on three sides and a second-floor locale means that green is everywhere you look. Kitchen well-equipped, beach toys were a major bonus, lovely neighbours, super host, cannot say enough. Mahalo until next time!

Our Perfect Island Escape!

We couldn’t have been more pleased or comfortable in this beautifully decorated and well thought out place. Our arrival was so easy and communication with our host was very quick. The place was so clean, and stocked with everything we needed. We loved the very private lanai to have a morning coffee and plan our days. The location was so conveniently located to eateries, shopping, and the beach! We really loved Spending our first time to Kauai here and would definitely stay again on our next visit.

Spacious and well located

The unit was clean, comfortable, and spacious for two adults and had everything we needed (beach chairs and towels, Brita pitcher, fully equipped kitchen, laundry). It is within walking distance of beaches and a shopping area with restaurants. Parking was easy and we could bird watch from the lanai. We would stay here again if we are lucky enough to return to Kauai.

Honeymoon in Kauai

Perfect middle ground to get to south and north shores. Property was spacious and clean. The chairs and cooler was perfect for our many beach adventures. We at all our meals on the patio. Zero complaints. Would stay there again!

Location location location

We ended up exploring the whole island and this location was a perfect base for us. Great proximity to the south beaches, restaurants, and shopping. The condo was very clean, bed was comfortable, and the place was stocked with everything we needed. We put the beach chairs, boogie boards, and pool noodles all to good use. Mornings on the patio were nice. We had friends staying in another unit which was very convenient too. Highly recommend this place to stay and would stay here again.

Lovely place

We absolutely loved our stay! The condo was very large, bright, and clean. We had everything we needed. The grounds are well maintained and beautiful! Stephanie was very responsive and a great hostess. Even though there wasn't AC, there were several fans to help us stay cool. Location was just a very short walk out the back to shops, food, and the beach. Highly recommend this place!
