This was a very nice condo for our family of four. While not right on the beach, we enjoyed our walks (about 15 minutes) to the beach and the shops. Plenty of nice restaurants nearby and the condo kitchen was great for meal prep too. I would stay here again.

Wonderful stay!

We absolutely loved staying here for our short stay! The place was beautiful, the kitchen was amazing, and the grounds were fantastic. Loved having a garage, felt very safe. The beds were extremely comfortable. The kitchen island was perfect for our group to gather around and enjoy each other’s company. Also used the pool, which was very nice. Would highly recommend and really hope to stay here again! Thank you!

Pili Mai 5K

Property was exactly as described and very well laid out as well as stocked with the essentials. Check in was seamless and management was super quick to respond with answers to questions. Pool area was clean and close with a very short drive to beaches. We would absolutely stay here again for a south shore vacation. Thanks for a great home base on our vacation.

House was exactly as pictured. Lots of space. All the basic needs of a home. Lots of towels. Everyone had their own bathrooms. We loved the pool! Very nice unit and met our needs :)Our daughter had a lovely birthday

Stayed here for a week with our young kids abd grandparents. Wonderful location for being close to everything in Poipu and Koloa. The home is in great condition, everything is very new and clean.

The .was very comfortable for our family. The beach toys got a lot of use. We did buy two "grandparent" size beach chairs which we left for future use. The condo was close to restaurants. We enjoyed our stay!

Very nice place to stay

Great place near Poipu Beach, restaurants and shops. It’s about a 20-30 minute drive to Lihue and the airport. The condo was equipped with plenty of plates and utensils as well as beach chairs, an umbrella and snorkeling gear. The pool and grills were just across the parking area. We had no complaints at all about this place.

Amazing stay in Kauai!

This condo was perfect for my family. It instantly felt like home for all 8 of us. The condo had a well stocked kitchen that we used daily. The location is close to beaches, dining and shopping. Management is super responsive to questions/concerns.

This was a beautiful, well-stocked, roomy and perfectly situated lodging for my family of 8. We were a group of all adults and loved our stay in Poipu! The property was beautiful with nice views of the mountains. Very clean with plenty of kitchen ware, towels and blankets. Nice touch with cooler, chairs, and some snorkel equipment. Beds were very comfortable and looked new.

Kauai on the south shore

We spent most of our time on the porch while at the VRBO, it was comfortable and felt so good sitting out in the open air. The beds were comfortable and the place was well equipped. Beach chairs, umbrellas, boogy boards, an ice chest and plenty of beach towels made expeditions to poipu beach as well as the other beaches of Kauai so much fun. We we so busy siteseeing that we never took advantage of the other amenities offered with the VRBO like the grilling stations, the pool, hot tub or exercise room but they looked inviting. We were not disappointed.

Comfortable Stay near Poipu Beach

The unit was just as described online. Kitchen was well stocked with all plates, utensils, and all common kitchen needs, bathrooms were spacious and stocked with toilet paper, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and many towels. Laundry room was ready to use, including soap. Grounds are beautifully manicured, BBQ areas easy to use, nice pool, workout room, and hot tub.We were able to walk about 12 - 15 minutes to the beach and used the boogie boards, chairs, towels, etc. provided at the propery. The beach umbrella was small and the wind took it down easily, so next time I might rent a larger one. The walk to the town of Koloa was too far, so driving was necessary. The shopping you could walk to was fancy and pricey; the town of Koloa was much better to spend time in.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice place overall: location, comfort, close to southern beaches. Downsides: Mice problem in kitchen area - we saw one ignoring the industrial-sized trap beside the refrigerator and scamper across the kitchen floor one evening. Eek! There were a few cockroaches on the kitchen island countertop when we arrived, but no more after we dispatched those.

Highly recommend

I booked this unit for my family including 5 adults. 25 minute drive from the airport. Check in was convenient and the unit was clean. The unit is located next to the recreational building which provides a pool and gym. It was very convenient being so close to these amenities. The unit was well stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen had all of the supply’s we needed to cook family meals. However the kitchen knives were in bad shape. The laundry room was a great amenity. It was stocked with detergent and everything was in working order. The unit had a garage where you will find beach equipment (folding chairs, umbrella, cooler, etc.) The community was nice a quiet and everyone staying here was friendly. The beach was a five minute drive, and an excellent shopping mall was right dow the street which provided several great restaurants and a Longs for grocery shopping. I would stay here again!
