The views will set the tone for a serene vacation in paradise and the condo upgrades will make you feel you have been treated, with design choices of travertine, granite, bamboo flooring, rich dark wood cabinetry, stainless steel and much more! The spacious floor plan is designed to spread out and allows for great meal preparation. If you choose to eat out, there are a multitude of restaurants or you might choose to use the complex BBQ's for great outdoor cooking. Decorated with a pop of color, this condo will bring the Hawaiian mood to the space and give you the true Hawaiian vibe. Great stay in Poipu

Property is a great value and close to beaches, restaurants, and shopping. Also a great location to travel to all parts of the island. Had everything we needed for cooking and beach gear. (Note- next time I would bring a small collapsable cooler for the beach - they have a really nice big one, but a few times we just wanted a few drinks to watch the sunset).

Fantastic family trip

The condo at Pili Mai was amazing. Very clean, comfortable, and very well equipped. Perfect for our family of 5. The condo was up to date and in a great location to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The beach equipment was very much appreciated. We loved having the use of beach chairs and boogie boards! Will definitely recommend this location to others and we would love to come back!

Wonderful Place For Family With Teens

We loved our stay in southern Kauai. The property had a great floor plan and many amenities. The pool and golf course were just a walk away. There is great food and activities with a short car ride. Checking in/out was easy and communication was great. We look forward to coming back and would definitely book this property again. ♥️

Very nice condo in poipu at half the price

If you don’t need to be on the beach but want a quiet out of the way condo, this is the place. Yes, you need a car. The beach, stores, restaurants, sightseeing, all very accessible after a short drive. Loved the 1ft. kiddie pool for our grandson. We will stay at this facility again!

Perfect condo for family stay

All is as seen on listings. Condo amenities are fantastic and well stocked. Beach umbrella, chairs, and toys are a huge bonus. Easy 1 mile walk to beach to see turtles and enjoy sunsets. Pacos Tacos is put the back door with live music most nights. Great central location on the island. We will be back!

The place was very welcoming and beautifully furnished. Any kitchenware or sports equipment you may or may not need, was included. The pool and hot tub was nice too. The beach as well as fine dining was walkable in 10-15 mins. A/C needs a bit of an adjustment, as one room was freezing, while the other warm.

Lovely 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom condo. Very clean. It also had a welcome gift. What a nice touch! Perfect for families although I stayed with 2 other couples. I liked that we all had our own bathrooms to use. It had more than enough room for the 6 of us and I liked that it was single story. Our other friends stayed in a 3 bedroom 2 story Pili Mai condo and the living room space seemed smaller than the our single story. Pool / BBQ area also really nice. Didn’t get a chance to use it his time but would definitely plan to if I visit Kauai again. The only issue I have is that the reaort area road is so dark. There are no street lights when you turn off the main road. Even on Pili Mai property, there is barely any light.

Very spacious

We had to last minute rebook our Maui trip to Kauai and were able to secure this condo for reasonable rates. Stayed with 4 adults (2 couples) and 2 toddlers. Positives - newer/clean, A/C very cold, spacious main living area and master suite, lots of beach gear available w/the unit, walkable restaurants/shops nearby and very short drive to the beach, parking not an issue at the condo, nice location/not too close to main road. Negatives - chickens/roosters constantly pooping on the lanai (and with 2 toddlers that meant we frequently had to hose off the lanai and sometimes the furniture - doesn't seem this problem was exclusive to this unit), not the quietest (upstairs neighbors - 2 different groups while we were there - sounded like elephant herds at all hours of the night; and the golf green mowing w/lights at 5 AM a few mornings was irritating), no screen door to the lanai so unable to take advantage of any trade winds (chickens tried to get in w/bugs) if door was left open for more than a minute, seems silly but kitchen trash can had no lid and was too large to fit under the sink - had to empty every day to avoid smells and keep away from kids; and there were sooo many light switches that controlled everything, including outlets, but only some were labeled - spent far too much time trying to figure out how to turn something on/off… Overall, would consider staying again knowing what to expect.

After we called the management company and they were notified of their noise, they continued it again the following night. Not a great start to our vacation. The were rude and didn't listen to anything you said. Thanks goodness they left the next day.
