Beautiful property, just as pictured

We normally stay on the east side of the island, but decided to mix things up and Nihi Kai did not disappoint. The condo was very thoughtfully updated. Beds were super comfy, and we appreciated all the extras like beach wagon, sand toys, beach chairs, beach towels, etc. Property grounds, including pool, were super clean and well maintained. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Condo

I just enjoyed a week in Kauai with my family in this beautiful condo. The property grounds are gorgeous, it’s a short walk to a beautiful beach and is perfectly stocked with everything that a family needs. The property management company is top notch, the best that I’ve ever experienced. Highly recommend booking this condo!

A lovely, accommodating, space in a fabulous location. Very true to the pictures and descriptions. We’d stay there again or recommend it for sure!

Space for family & close to beach

This villa was a good alternative to a typical hotel room. Plenty of space for our family to eat, relax, and sleep. Well equipped with beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, snorkels, toys) to enjoy the close proximity to multiple beaches.

Excellent location in resort setting, close

Great property

Great location. Clean, air conditioning was very nice. Property included beach chairs, sand toys, beach towels, lots of things you can’t pack to the island, but want to have to fully enjoy the beach.

As Good As Expected

This condo was well stocked and just as described. Our group of two couples had plenty of room and we enjoyed the amenities the condo had to offer. The upstairs lanai looking toward the water was great for morning coffee and the easy walk to the beach was perfect. We really enjoyed the pool overlooking the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Great property!

This property is an easy walk to Poipu Beach. All the needed amenities PLUS some! Two roomy bedrooms and two full baths. Quiet neighborhood.

Slice of Paradise

We had such a wonderful time staying here! Check-in was so smooth, and the home is located just a short walk to a couple great restaurants as well as to the beach where sea turtles and Hawaiian Monk Seals sleep. The home itself was wonderful! Super comfortable and we really appreciated our welcome gifts! Thank you for the wonderful stay!!!

Unit is comfortable, roomy and well appointed. Location is excellent. We enjoyed our stay. Property management team is top notch. Sheila responded very quickly and efficiently with to a couple of issues we had. Can’t ask for more.

First time in Kauai

We arrived late at night. The drive to Nihi Kai was a bit scary, dark and narrow roads but we made it. Door code is a smart convenient way to get in to the place for arrival after office hours. It was nice to enter into a beautiful place that’s clean and well furnished. Beautifully decorated. Simple and clean look.

Definitely will be returning!!

Our family traveled with two teenagers and two under 12. Twin beds were perfect for the teens. Sofa bed for the little ones perfect. King bed was comfy. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook meals. Short walk to poi pu beach and restaurants. Beautiful beach walk we tan on daily. No gym, but otherwise perfect place to stay. We will definitely be returning.

Perfect Location

We found the location to be amazing. It really is 3 minutes from Brennecke's Beach. The kids loved the pool as well. The condo had everything we needed. The only minor issues were some maintenance required (loud bathroom ceiling fan, no door catch on bathroom door). But they were minor issues and we greatly enjoyed our stay and would do it again. A bonus that would make a stay easier in the future would be a small wagon for making loading beach items.

Great stay for family vaca

It was clean and comfortable and super convenient. The property is beautiful and located a nice walk from the beach and places to eat and see turtles coming up to rest for the night. We had a well equipped kitchen and a good supply of towels and all of the creature comforts that travelers enjoy. No one above you here, so it's a quiet night of sleep when you are weary from playing. Four decks didn't make anyone mad-two upper and two lower. Easy parking. Easy everything. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with our family. Our only complaint is that the time went by too quickly.

Room for improvements.

We arrived to find a urine stained mattress on the patio, a urine stained mattress cover on one of the beds and a filthy pull out sofa mattress. The property manager on call did promptly respond the following day to reconcile some of the issues, however arriving to find these problems was not ideal and very disappointing. The location of the condo in relation to the beach was excellent along with the condo facilities (pool). More effort in ensuring the property is clean and fully ready for arriving guests will go a long ways in attracting returning visitors.

Great place. Just a couple tweaks though.

Absolutely great place to stay! Unit was very clean and well taken care of. My only complaints was the guest shower did not drain leaving the tub incredibly slippery. Some sort of mat for the tub would be really great. We had a hard time showering. We literally were slipping and sliding around. Also curtains that are not see through in the evening/morning in the guest bedroom would be VERY nice. I didn’t find out they were see through until someone was staring directly at me while I was changing. Made for going to bed and mornings difficult and uncomfortable. Other than those two things, our whole party thought the place was really great. Can’t beat the location! Great complex. The grounds were very clean and staff was super friendly. And walking distance to the beach!!

great location

We loved the location of the condo, it was close to the boogie board beach and the kids were the right age for that activity, the condo was not clean when we first arrived and it was awkward getting the cleaners in to set up the beds but once that was done, the owner was great and gave us a late check out and condo well equipt with ocean toys and chairs etc.
