Lovely location and an incredible view. Walking distance from the main beaches/bars/restaurants. Check in and out was super easy and Susan was very responsive throughout our stay.

Paradise Honeymoon

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Poipu Kai! My husband and I took a late honeymoon and wanted something special. We knew we wanted the ability to make food, have our privacy, and proximity to beaches. Susan’s place had it all and was so comfortable catering to our every need. 100 percent would go back!

Paradise Found!

We loved our stay! The condo looks just like the pictures and provided a great space for our stay. The view was stunning and we couldn’t get enough of sitting on the lania. The pool was loved by our kids and was very clean! The location was best of all. Easy walk to Poipu beach and 15 minute walk to Shipwreck beach. The grounds where beautiful and we enjoyed how easy is was to walk to the beaches or to the coffee in the morning. Can’t wait to come back!

It’s a spacious apartment for two. Good location, short walk to the beach, beautiful grounds. Apartment it self is a bit dated, but overall comfortable, has all needed necessities for a stay.

We had a comfortable, peaceful, relaxing stay. Everything was as described. The place is spacious and accommodating. Our two preteens enjoyed the alcove upstairs. Excellent Stay

This property was perfect for a family of four with two teen boys. We were able to walk to the beaches for boogie boarding and snorkeling, play pickle ball, walk to an awesome happy hour and hit the pool. The unit was clean, a bit dated, but very comfortable with all of the fans available. The new kitchen (with the coffee and cookies included) was a big bonus. We would definitely recommended and stay again!

This was in a perfect location for everything we were trying to do during our visit. Having the pool and hot tub were great for an end of day relaxation and the balcony for morning enjoyment. The beach is walking distance with an area where turtles rest. I have no complaints about the unit, it was everything we expected it to be.

Nice condo in great location!

We stayed at Susan's place for 5 nights in February 2024. We loved the proximity to Poipu Beach and all the town has to offer. We took daily sunrise and sunset walks. The condo offered two bedrooms, a big living and dining room, and a great balcony with amazing views. Check in was seamless and easy. We also liked the proximity to Kalapaki Joe's . We would stay again.

Perfect stay

My husband, myself, and our two kids ( 6 and 8 year old) stayed here in august. It was absolutely perfect. Clean, safe, and comfortable. Got hot during the day, but a quick dip in the pool made it ok. Quick walk to the beautiful Poipu beach. Loved being able to use the beach chairs and umbrella. If we are so lucky to be able to return to Kauai, we’ll book this place again.

Excellent location

We stayed at the property for 9 nights and found the bones of the place to be really good - the condo layout, location, the development's amenities, parking could not be closer, the it was great having a washer/dryer. We communicated with the host about several things and she was very responsive about the issues. Walking to beaches or being out and about for strolls getting to several restaurants was made easy by the location.

Great location in Kauai

The condo was in a great location. We walked to the beach and nearby restaurants every day. The pool and hot tub area were immaculate and the condo was definitely large enough so you didn't feel cramped. There were a couple of issues that we encountered with the upstairs A/C but the owner quickly resolved the issue. There were 11 sea turtles down at the beach on our last night along with a monk seal. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Location and Awesome Host

A beautiful, comfortable, well stocked condo in an incredible location. We loved that all of the beach gear was provided. Brennecke’s beach is a super fun place to boogie board and snorkeling at Poipu was amazing! All within walking distance! The pool and hot tub are awesome too. Not to mention the view from the balcony, stunning. Susan is a wonderful, responsive host. We absolutely adored staying here and will definitely book again when we are fortunate enough to return to Kauai!

Fabulous location

We explored the entire island...we saw sea turtles and sea lions just a short walk from the unit. The unit is nice, we used mainly at night for sleep. The snorkel gear and boogie boards were fabulous and much appreciated as were the beach chairs and cooler. The unit is very convenient to everything you want to see.
