Luxury Hawaiian living at its best! Enjoy cooking in a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with an open dining and living floor plan. This new and modern vacation home is uniquely decorated with style, comfort and relaxation in mind. This house has central air conditioning throughout, an outdoor shower, gas BBQ grill, and indoor washer & dryer. The main floor has a common guest half bathroom and two guest bedrooms - one with king bed/tv and one with queen bed, each with ensuite bathrooms. Upstairs, the primary bedroom has a king size bed/tv and ensuite bathroom. 6 guests max.

The Poipu Beach Athletic Club Membership is included and is only about 1/2 mile. There you will find a pool with a waterslide & waterfalls, hot tub, tennis & pickleball courts, cardio & weight rooms, basketball & shuffleboard. Enjoy food & drinks at the Cabana Bar & Grill, or take a fitness class (additional costs).

DESTINATION KAUAI is a locally owned and family operated company committed to providing excellent guest service to visitors wanting to experience, respect, and enjoy our beautiful Kaua'i.

Perfect stay in Koloa!

The Plantation House is the perfect place to stay in Koloa. The home is spacious, well-appointed with everything you need, and you can't beat the location. You are walking distance to Kihana beach and the access to the Poipu Athletic club offers you resort like amenities. We were there on a daily basis during our stay. The house is nestled in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to local restaurants and shops.

Terrific Vacation Home

Location to shops, tourist attractions(20-30min),and beaches is great! Our family loved having access to the pool and club. We appreciated having beach chairs, towels, and coolers provided. We would stay here again!

Beautiful home great location

The property was just perfect for us. The patio and grill was fantastic with a big table for dining at night. It is perfectly situated in the Poipu area - just minutes from the beach.

Fantastic Stay

We had an awesome vacation - and a big part of that was a great house to call home for the week. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The access to the Athletic Club was a nice perk and our kids had a blast playing in the pool each afternoon. We can’t wait to come back.

Nice home in a great location

This home is a beautiful, well furnished home a quiet neighborhood near Poipu Beach. There is an outside shed full of beach toys and amenities. The house was clean and comfortable. As an added bonus, guests have membership at Poipu Athletic club, which has a great gym, tennis and pickle ball courts, and a nice pool and restaurant. Would highly recommend!

Fabulous Property

We loved the layout and location of the house. The property was clean and spacious and there were a lot of on site extras that made the stay even better. Beach towels, coolers, beach chairs, sand toys, laundry soap etc. We couldn’t have been happier with our choice and we look forward to returning.

1st time to Kauai

Treated our nieces to a vacation before heading back to college. Great property which truly felt like a home away from home. Plenty of space, modern touches, and had everything we needed. Great location, great house

Beautiful, wonderfully maintained house in such a great area of Kauai. We were there for a wedding and it was close to not only all the events of the week / weekend but also a ton of great stuff to do with our kiddos. We had a few questions along the way and the team at Destination Kauai was incredibly helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect place to stay

We booked this property last minute due to a change in vacation plans, and it ended up being perfect. Having the ability to use the athletic club pool and workout space was wonderful, it's close to a lot of lovely beaches, a really quiet spot to stay, lots of space and very well appointed - dinners in were easy, the beds were comfortable, the beach gear was fantastic and Jeremy was very responsive. Would highly recommend this property for families or for groups looking for a nice, quiet place to stay and spend some quality time.

Plantation House Paradise

Fantastic location in Popu! House was well stocked and clean. Great amount of space for our family to stay together. Kitchen well stocked for nights we stayed in and cooked. The access to the health club was an absolute bonus when the kids just wanted a pool day.

Great Kauai beach house

Great location! Short, easy walk to beach (0.5 mile) Comfortable house and nice layout. Well stocked - especially appreciated the beach towels, chairs and umbrellas. There were 3 couples in our group plus one small child and we were all very comfortable. We would recommend this house. And Destination Kauai was easy to work with - good communication!
