Prince Kuhio Condo RULES!

Best location, great rates, good value. Easy location for basing your entire Kaua’i visit. This condo had everything we needed. My only constructive criticism: The towels were very old. Poipu is a world class beach. Be sure to see the Sea Turtles laying on the beach before sunset.

Perfect condo with great views

Charming and perfect. I really loved it. There was a big storm with flooding during our stay and though it caused difficulties on the island it was spectacular to watch from the living room. The park next door flooded and it was interesting to see the chickens and egrets adapt to the changing conditions. It was nice to be able to walk to shops and beaches.

Poipu condo looking at the ocean.

Very nice stay. Property and grounds are well taken care of - many different plants make the property very tropical. Nice sea breeze makes for great sleeping. There were a few times during the day AC would have been nice. Spent 11 days - pool in the afternoon not crowded. Kudos to Donna for keeping the gardens beautiful and to the vacation property management for going above and beyond for our request. Bunches of thanks

Quaint Condo with Ocean View

We loved our time in Kaui! This condo had all we needed for the two of us! The grounds were filled with beautiful flowers and plants. We were just a short walk away to see the ocean and the location was a perfect distance to both sides of the island. We enjoyed the birds that came every evening but it was a little challenging with our 5:30 rooster wake up call. The parking was a little challenging too. We had a wonderful experience overall!

They thought of everything!

This place definitely has a quirky layout but its very clean, in an excellent location and has everything you could possibly need. There were mineral sunscreens, nail polish remover and even motion sickness meds, just to name a few. The welcome gifts were a nice touch also. We would definitely stay here again! Great sunsets across the street and don’t leave too early because you will miss the spectacle of the arrival of the parakeets.

Ocean waves lull you to sleep. Some slight street noise from passing cars but it didn't bother me. I'd stay again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband I stayed in PK 202 in mid January and it was very nice. The pictures and description are completely accurate. We have stayed in several different condos in the PK complex because we absolutely love the location. It is across from a nice beach for snorkeling and in a nice area for walking/running. This complex is close to the road and at certain times of the day the traffic can be a bit loud but it is so worth it to be so close to the ocean! PK 202 is not a high-end luxury unit but is comfortable and clean. We like to make most of meals at home and while the kitchen is small it had all the tools we needed. Note: the oven is apartment size so it you want to roast a whole turkey plan accordingly :). There were plenty of kitchen/bath/beach towels and bed linens/pillows. There were newer beach chairs, an umbrella and even some snorkel gear. This condo does not have A/C but we never needed it - we just opened the windows and patio doors to get a lovely cross breeze. We spent most of our time at the beach across the road or in the living room watching the ocean. At night we fell asleep listening to the waves. We would definitely stay in PK 202 again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We found the rental very clean upon arrival. The VERY small lanai was only big enough for a plastic chair to face one direction. The lodging was large enough for eating & cooking with all of the kitchen nicely equipped. The ocean equipment was a nice surprise. There were plenty of towels, clean sheets to not have to wash. Over all, the unit is dreary looking from the paint and overall lack of cheeriness. The orange couch is very uncomfortable and the only chair is hard and uncomfortable also. The couch looked like it needed a good cleaning, but replacement for something comfortable would be better, along with another comfortable chair. The kitchen table & chairs are fine.

We had a beautiful view from the balkony. The appartment was clean and very well equipped. Even sand chairs were provided. The kitchen was so well equipped that it left nothing to be desired. The WiFi was fast and reliable. You can hear some noise from the street, but that was no problem for us. The resort area is very nice including a pool and lots of blooming plants. We enjoyed our stay very much.
