Introducing Poipu's newest luxury resort-style villas. This very spacious (1950+ total square feet), second-floor villa features an elevator (no stairs required!). I took the initiative to install custom soundproofing in the ceiling, addressing the complex’s generally poor insulation between floors, to ensure a quieter and more comfortable stay.

This villa offers 3 large bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and a private lanai overlooking the pool—perfect for enjoying your favorite tropical drink. The complex is highly sought after due to its central air conditioning, luxurious amenities, and prime location. From the lanai, you're just steps away from the greenbelt and less than a 5-minute walk to Kauai's best beaches!

The space:

The Villas at Poipu Kai are only 15 years old and are the newest in Poipu Kai! You won't find a more comfortable place to stay.

The Villas sit on the coveted greenbelt, leaving just a few minutes' walk between you and the beach. Poipu Beach is Kauai's most desirable area and was recently rated the #1 beach in all of America. My unit is one of the biggest condominiums you'll find in Poipu! The unit's size and internal layout provide spacious comfort for as many as 8 (with additional space for small children), but it can also work well and is priced perfectly for smaller groups.

The floor plan is well laid out with everything on one floor with elevator access so no stairs are required for access. There are two private master suites each have their own full private bathrooms. High-speed wireless internet is available at no additional cost to stay connected if you choose to. Additional sleeping arrangements for groups larger than 6 will be on an air mattress or pack n plays for the little ones.

Brand new linens, kitchen supplies, beach toys, artwork, and decorations. It's truly a fantastic place to stay!

We had a wonderful stay at The Villas at Poipu Kai, unit F210. With four adults and a child, the layout was just right: plenty of space, spacious bathrooms and an elevator that made it easy for everyone to get around. The pool was beautiful and right outside our door, and it’s just a short walk to the beach. The unit had everything we could ask for and the host was very communicative and accommodating, making the trip even smoother. We enjoyed it so much that we’re already thinking about coming back!

Great villa in a great spot. We walked to Poipu Beach in just a few minutes, and the kids loved having Brennecke’s so close by. The beach chairs and snorkel gear provided were a huge help.

Peaceful Getaway

Loved staying here. The villa felt private and quiet, even though it’s close to the pool and the greenbelt. The central A/C was such a nice touch after being in the sun all day. Will stay here again on our next visit. Exceeded expectations!

The place was very comfortable for a family with 5 adults and 1 infant. It was conveniently located with a nice view of the pool and 10 minute walk to beaches and hotel restaurants. The provided beach gear (chairs, wagon, umbrella, etc) was very helpful. Very nice kitchen with a large fridge had everything we needed.

Very nice property. Comfortable beds and beautiful pool area. Close to the beach and other local attractions. Enjoyed using the fitness center and the beach supplies were very appreciated. I’d suggest adding a few portable umbrellas.

Excellent Choice

The condo was perfect for our family of 4 (with teenagers). It has plenty of space for everyone and easy to all hangout together in the central living room. We really enjoyed the pool and the easy access to everything around (beaches, shops, restaurants, etc.).

This place is amazing!

Sadly we just got home after staying here for 5 nights and I already want to go back. This place was awesome. The pool was right in front of our balcony and we could keep an eye on the kids playing while relaxing from above. The kids never wanted to leave the pool and they had some much fun. We also loved the garage that had literally everything we could possible need for the beach. We loaded up the wagon with boogie boards, coolers, snacks, umbrellas and enjoyed the amazing walk to the beach along that sidewalk. At nights we had dinner on the balcony every night and the lights from the pool at night are so beautiful. The kitchen had everything we needed and this was the nicest rental i've ever stayed at.

Great location

Just a short walk to the beach and in an excellent area of Kauai. The Poipu area is very pleasant and the nearby Kōloa town was really fun to visit shop and eat at. The beaches were so nice to swim in and to watch all the turtles! Will definitely be back.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Mike’s villa. Everything was exactly as expected and truly exceeded our hopes. The location is fantastic—an easy walk in either direction to Shipwreck for sunsets or to Poipu to watch the turtles at sunrise.The villa itself is beautifully furnished, with stunning rooms and what I believe is the best view of the pool area in the entire complex. The kitchen is extremely well stocked, not just with utensils and cookware but also with thoughtful extras like spices and sauces, which made meal prep a breeze.The beach equipment provided was more than we could have asked for—everything we needed was there. We had a small issue with one of the toilets late one evening, and it was impressively resolved in under an hour. That level of responsiveness really stood out.Overall, Mike’s villa made for a perfect stay. We would absolutely return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Poipu.

Perfect Place!

If I could give greater than 5 stars I would! Everything about this home was wonderful - the unit & furnishings are beautiful, location to the green belt & the pool fabulous, the host was very responsive. We didn't have any issues whatsoever. Love that the building has an elevator which was huge for our grand-daughter in a wheelchair. I would highly recommend this home!

We had a wonderful stay at this spacious unit in the Villas at Poipu Kai. The unit was the perfect size for our family and had all the comforts of home. The Villas are in a prime location, within an easy walk along the Greenway to three beautiful beaches and the Heritage Trail. The complex has a beautiful pool and hot tub. The Poipu Beach and Koloa area are beautiful, offer lots of sunshine and opportunities for snorkeling and exploring. Great communication from the host during our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Very Helpful and Communicative Management

We moved into this unit after dealing with issues in another unit. Mike was very quick to respond to me and get us access to this BEAUTIFUL top floor unit. It has good kitchen essentials, it’s very clean, there is a pack n’ play and high chair, and it has beautifully updated furnishings. The elevator offers seamless access for those who can’t climb up and down stairs. The view of the pool and the property is lovely and we didn’t have any issues with pool users being too noisy. The few things that needed fixing, I notified Mike about on our last day and he was prompt to reply that he’d have his handyman fix them. I would confidently book here again and recommend to others!

Poipu Magic

Wonderful! I hope to return one day before long. Every vacation has something that isn't exactly 100%, but this place is as close to perfect as I think any place might get. We'll start with two small issues. The windows are hard to open/shut. They are vinyl and I was worried that if I pressed too hard something would break. I used two hands, one on top, one on bottom, and we avoided trouble. My teen kids were super happy in their beds. However my I'm spoiled by a foam mattress at home. Our master bedroom mattress was very firm and it took a little hot tub visit each morning to soak it away. All of that is really incidental though, because every thing else was amazeballs. The unit is huge! There is a vast great room with sofa which fit all five of us, a big ol' dining room table, a granite bar and countertop island in the kitchen, and enough room on the lanai to accommodate all of us at the table and a few more on chaise lounges. The windows are everywhere and allow a lovely cross breeze. The blinds are not entirely blackout, but close enough, allowing morning sleep-in. The kitchen has most everything. We were there for a week and we had all we needed. The access to the pool, gym, hot tub, and five minute path to the best bodysurfing beach were fantastic. They have beach chairs and toys. Three huge bathrooms. The place is clean, updated, and beautiful. We've always struggled to find perfection while vacationing because we have three kids. This place finally delivered!
