Great unit equipped with everything you need. Nice property, good communication from local office. Photos don't show updated couch, much bigger and nicer than the one shown. Fantastic location, a quick walk down a lovely path to the beach and its stunning sunsets.

Amazing condo, great location, fantastic amenities

We came on a girls trip with my two daughters and it was honestly better than expected. The photos don’t do it Justice. First, there is newer, nicer furniture than they photos show. A lot more spacious and has a closet full of incredible beach chairs, boogie board.

Great property!

So easy from start to end! Great location, close to poipu and shipwreck. Condo was clean and plenty of kitchens supplies for cooking although close to so many restaurants. Walk to beaches we had a wonderful time! Property manager very responsive and helpful.

Girls Trip

We had a great time!! A great location and the condo, pools, and hottubs were outstanding. Some of the beach items for use were broken and the dishwasher didn't work very well. We still very much enjoyed our stay!!

This was a magical 2 weeks. The condo was gorgeous and we all had a fantastic time.

Fantadtic. Easy process. It felt luke home. So comfortable to soread out, convenient to beach and hikes. We will stay here again in the future.

Unit exactly as described/pictured

Conveniently located on Kauai's south side. Shopping and restaurants near by. Less busy than Lihue, which we preferred. Communication with CBIP Vacations was excellent prior to check-in, for check-in, and when questions arose during our stay.

Kauai Poipu 2023

It was our first trip to Kauai. Since I've visited the other Hawaiian islands numerous times I wanted to stay on each side of Kauai during our stay. This allowed us to get the full experience from each unique zone. We loved the Poipu location & condo!

Perfect Getaway

The accommodations are absolutely wonderful. Clean, updated, quiet, first floor (although the second floor can be only slightly heard). Can no see the beach but the walk is about 10 minutes and not difficult. Poipu is beautiful, quiet, convenient to all the island, exactly what a couple/family needs for a peaceful vacation to refresh and gather with discreet time together. Absolutely will return!

We had a great stay. The unit was very comfortable and the location was perfect.

Short walk to the beach. You can walk to watch the sunrise and the sunset. I was a little worried about the comments about noise from upstairs unit. There was some but not anything that prevented us from getting a good nights rest. The beds were very comfortable. The air conditioning was a bonus. The kitchen had everything we needed even nice wine glasses.

Nice stay

Conveniently located in Poipu and walkable to beaches for play, sunrise, sunset. Adequate kitchen utensils etc. I tend to like to cook and bake so that was not sufficient, but we got by. With air conditioning and ceiling fans outside noise is not as apparent. Small pool but good enough. Overall was a comfortable condo.

Great base camp for a Kauai adventure

We rented this property for 8 days and really enjoyed our stay. We especially enjoyed the full kitchen with updated appliances, washer and dryer in the condo, central ac. It was a good size for a family of 4 with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large dining room table and 2 couches in the living area. It was in a nice area within driving distance to shops and restaurants. The only critique is the second bedroom was recently upgraded to a metal frame bunk bed. Any movement from a sleeper made the bed squeak and it would shake a little bit. The ceiling fan couldn’t be used because it is too close to the top bunk.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, spacious and quite comfortable! Everything associated with this rental was amazing! The only downside has nothing to do with the management company or the unit itself. We unfortunately had tenants above us who didn’t seem to take into consideration that there kid(s) running track back and forth was disturbing for us (thankfully it usually started after 8am and we didn’t have an issue at night)

Fantastic Stay Near Poipu Beach

This property was perfect for our first visit to Kauai. The walking path to Brenneckes and Poipu Beach was convenient, and the unit came equipped with chairs, some snorkels, and a wagon that we used to walk down and swim with fish and sea turtles. While the unit had some boogie boards available, they were either broken or too small for us to use. A pleasant surprise was the updated couch, which was different from the one shown in the pictures. The bathtub was great for relaxing, and the pools and hot tubs were very close by. However, we struggled to get the access key for the third pool to work. Additionally, be cautious with the towel holder on the right sink in the master bathroom, as it is loose. The standout feature of this unit was the communication from the host. I texted them multiple times during our trip, and they were incredibly responsive. It truly felt like we had a host who cared about making our experience enjoyable. We spoke to several people who mentioned that they always stay at the Regency at Poipu when they visit Kauai, and I completely understand why. We gave it a 10/10!
