"Hotel is an older facility, so our Japanese style room had a little musty odor and facilities were a little dated. Service staff at front desk and restaurants were fantastic. We had a half board plan; the sukiyaki dinner was OK and breakfast was excellent."

"Staff, amenities were great. Location was easy enough to get to and the room was spacious."

"The stay was beautiful and the onsen in the back was a dream for the people out there that want something not so public. As a heads up this is kind of like a campground so you can hear others in their places and the walls of the cabin are a bit thin but didnt cause any problems or disruptions. Definitely a great stay to get away from the busy cities."

"Very friendly staff and every space is really clean !! Food is buffet style but pretty good. Worth it with price"

"Excellent staff and hotel was nice."

"This was one of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed. It was very convinient to have a restaurant on site, the onsen was lovely, and there are many unique things to do in the surrounding areas. We will definitely return and stay for longer on our next visit!"

"It was a lovely visit at a place we would happily return to."

"The staff was extremely accommodating making my stay much less stressful."

"A nice ryokan with nice keseiki dinner. The private bath is nice. Place is clean and well maintained."

"Love this place! Very professional and onsen is awesome!"

"Staff were very helpful. We had the mountain view. But ocean view might have been appreciated. Otherwise the stay was pleasant. The room was large."

"I always stay at Hotel Socia when I visit Hita, the Staff are super helpful, the location is perfect and the Attack on Titan merchandise makes it even better."
