"Decent size suite for Japan standards. Sofa beds not made up, are small (for a tall family) and very firm. However overall a nice suite. Staff extremely helpful and kind, when we lost my sons phone, even posted it to Niseko for us. Property close to train station but could benefit from being more central to more restaurants and site seeing."

The location is fantastic. Kagurazaka is a charming neighborhood with a unique mix of traditional and modern vibes. "Very nice hotel and staff-we booked this last minute and did not realize how fancy it would be- we were very under dressed, even for walking through the lobby. They had 1 restaurant listed as casual dining so we thought we would go, but it was also very fancy! So make sure you have nice clothes if you want to stay there! "
