Koh Samui Islands Holidays from AU$365

When we arrived I had booked 3 rooms and they were not were I had requested on the bottom floor they were on the 3rd floor. Very small hot rooms. I asked to be moved to the ground floor as we are older and the steps were hard for us. We had to wait 3 hours to get moved and only 2 rooms got moved to the ground floor. That was ok. Breakfast was good. Pool was ok nothing special. The shops are right there with great eating places so that was so good. Nice and close to everything that we needed. Price was fair for what we paid. I was worried about the planes flying over all the time in the day cause it’s so noisy but lucky they do stop early so it’s not an inconvenience at all.

Location is a bit walk from Chaweng beach happening areas. But this brings some well deserved quiet as well. The hotel itself is perfectly arranged - everything is in close proximity. Walking from the sea to bar area is a bit walk up the stairs but frankly not an issue. Rooms were practical and well furnished.

ALL the staff from the front desk and bellman to the restuarant and cleaning were amazing, kind and very helpful. The resort was well keep and very clean. Well located just far enough away to be peacefull but a short walk or taxi ride to shops and restuarants. Would definately stay again and recommend to a friend. Thank you Briza Staff. :)

The staff at this hotel were very lovely and helpful. It is also very beautiful as you walk in as it is all open, and almost has a miniature forest you walk through to get to your rooms and the pool/beach. We went down to the beach a few times as it was so close to the hotel. The beach is truly beautiful, white sandy beach with clear blue water. It was not very busy when we visited, but this may be due to low season. The pool was also very well kept and clean, The location of the hotel was truly great and we walked down the road most nights to find a restaurant for dinner. It was also not too far from the docks for boat trips. The breakfast in the morning was great and had loads of options, and many vegetarian choices. The only negative we had was the room service. We ordered 2 pizzas, which were made using ready made bases and very honestly not very nice. They were also quite expensive for Thailand at almost £9 each. I could probably buy something better from the supermarket for a lot less. The rooms also do not get completely dark, and you can see shadows of people walking past you. Apart from this we enjoyed our stay.
