"We booked this place last minute after landing at USM Koh Samui Airport. It is right next to Nathan Pier. We booked the Premier Suite Oceanfront. The balcony / terrace was bigger than most people’s rooms! There was also a nice bathtub built for x2 on the rooftop. The customer service was unlike any other and we cannot wait to come back. "I only gave 3 stars because they discounted my stay due to their error. I booked a private 2 bedroom suite with private pool and they put me in a garden suite.... thank God I was traveling solo only for 1 night and not a week+ with my wife. It would have ruined the entire trip flying 20 hours from Canada for this experience, and that would have been a total failure. Still a severe let down for me personally and my travel partner.
