"We booked this place last minute after landing at USM Koh Samui Airport. It is right next to Nathan Pier. We booked the Premier Suite Oceanfront. The balcony / terrace was bigger than most people’s rooms! There was also a nice bathtub built for x2 on the rooftop. The customer service was unlike any other and we cannot wait to come back. "Great place to spend the night if you're catching a ferry from Pralarn Pier. The hotel is nice and the staff are friendly and accomodating. Restaurant is good and the breakfast has plenty of options include some made to order options. It was also a nice touch that they knew I was taking a ferry without me telling them, unfortunately they had the time wrong and called me several times early in the morning as if I was taking the first ferry when I actually was taking one at 11"
