They gave us a lift in the hotel car to the local shops to buy provisions that we needed after the airline lost our luggage. They were so kind. We only had a 1 night stopover but I would definitely stay here again for longer."

The white sand beach is gorgeous - the morning tide is low so swimming then is challenging in the sea but the pool is an excellent alternative. The signature massage is amazing. "

"This hotel was absolutely gorgeous and the staff were all so friendly and helpful. I had a superior suite which had a balcony straight out into the pool and a view of the ocean and beach. Food and drink were available at an on site restaurant or as room service and very reasonably priced. There was also a few restaurants nearby and a handy 7-eleven"

"We booked this place last minute after landing at USM Koh Samui Airport. It is right next to Nathan Pier. We booked the Premier Suite Oceanfront. The balcony / terrace was bigger than most people’s rooms! There was also a nice bathtub built for x2 on the rooftop. The customer service was unlike any other and we cannot wait to come back. This is one of the the nicest rooms / properties I have ever stayed. The night shift employee helped us get a motorbike after 9pm and the day shift lady...

"Great location. This resort feels like paradise. The gardens and grounds are very beautiful. The rooms are a little older but massive and beautiful. We had a deluxe room with pool access. Huge room with massive doors and a very high ceiling (my guess is about 3.5 to 3.7m high). Felt like our own private palace. So relaxing. Having to leave after our super relaxing 15 night stay was the only disappointment! We would return in a heartbeat if we could."

"The room was nice but the hot water wasn’t turned on until we asked the next morning. Felt safe here and staff was very nice. The immediate area was clean but unfortunately a walk along the beach shows lots of plastic on the beach area. Bigger problem than one resort can deal with."
