Very good

Great location. Has good restaurants and amenities. The hotel rooms themselves are clean and nice, but could do with an update.

I’ve stayed many time and always enjoyed it. The refurbishments just added to that , the new reception and rooms are excellent!

Clean room and friendly staff and great location and would come back and had bar near pool food delious thank you for the great trip

Fantastic hotel, clean, new, well maintained, location is good between jomtien and walking street areas, roof top pool has great views, good breakfast and amazing staff.

Great location, 3min walk to Terminal 21 shopping centre and about 200m from beach front. Nice large pool and water slide for the kids. Staff were friendly and buffet breakfast was pretty good.

We enjoyed our stay at Somerset Pattaya. The staff were very friendly, the room, gym, bars and pool were super clean. We would stay here again, highly recommend.

Another great stay at this hotel. The staff of this hotel are always friendly & helpful, it's in a convenient location to everything.

Big and comfortable rooms and beds, close to everything.

Great location only 5 mins walk from the pier and at the entrance to Walking street. Breakfast was fantastic.

Excellent

I would not use the restaurant, certainly beef dishes. But! - this hotel has everything one can use and more… My stay (3weeks) was fantastic. Cleaning lady was the very best I ever had. Floor 4 I can recommend except for the cheap options. It may disappoint… Pay just little more to get luxury. I can certainly recommend this hotel Jerry

all good

The staff were attentive and amazing all holiday, nothing was ever to much trouble. The property was very clean and tidy views of walking street and beach street without the noise, breakfast selection was ok. however the meals were delicious egged cooked exactly how you liked them. We stayed in off season so this was expected. ATM direct at front door (were security guard sits 24hrs a day), 7/11 convenience store two doors up, market stalls on level 1 under the hotel, on the bath bus...
