Delightful gardens, very authentic environment in the middle of a fishing village. Very accommodating, friendly and helpful owner, excellent service provided.

If you are looking for an island vacation away from the crowds and traffic, Koh Kood is great and Shantaa is a great place to stay. Rooms are luxurious with private open air bathrooms, and a great restaurant. Swim in the pool or ocean right off the hotel grounds. Staff are kind and friendly.

Fantastic upon arrival. Pla at reception was brilliant, organised taxi,ferry tickets and transport to Pattaya.

Amazing place from the first minute of arrival. The staff were great, the beach was crazy beautiful and the room very large and comfortable. Food was excellent quality, you can also have a tab and pay at the end which is very handy.

Pool villa is fantastic! Happy hour at the beach bar also great & lovely staff. A la carte menu in restaurant is pricey (as expected) but not particularly exciting and opted for the buffet dinner instead which was surprisingly brilliant

I booked Privacy Resort because of the good reviews...and I was not disappointed. The location on the quiet side of the island really suited me. Steve and Lily are excellent hosts...Breakfast is good and mini bar is stocked well and excellent prices...the pool looked very inviting...I stayed for 5 nights...was so busy exploring the island on my bike that I rented from Steve...I didn’t get to go in the pool. Fantastic island resort, so peaceful and relaxing the water is virtually coming to the door in the mornings. Staff were very helpful and catered to our every need.
