"Hotel was nice overall and staff were friendly. Television had no useful channels to watch ( no network channels so couldn’t watch MNF or other regular programs). Front desk person said the owner chose smart TVs for all the rooms that have access to programs hardly anyone watches. Continental breakfast was ok. No microwave ovens to warm up the food. (Everything was cold) Had to use the two toaster ovens to warm waffles and pancakes which was a marginally successful process. Lines to use them were long at times. Muffins, etc. had to be taken to our room to warm them in the microwave there. No cafe or other food amenities in the hotel, so nothing available for a late evening snack except vending machines. I asked about this at the front and was given directions to a convenience store a few blocks away. No desk or desk chairs in the room. We had a couch and coffee table. Staff did bring us two chairs to use but still no desk to work at. Parking was tight and not all customers were courteous about how they parked, which made it very difficult, almost impossible at times to navigate the parking lot. We were credited, though, for one night when we had to pay to park across the street. This should have been posted so customers knew it in advance instead of parking where no parking spaces existed in the hotel parking lot. Fortunately, we asked. Elevator was old and its safety was always questionable. We felt the owned was more interested in the money rather than customer care."

"We had a great two-night stay at the ADK Trail Inn. When our initial room had a sink issue, the owner came down right away and quickly moved us to a new room— top-notch customer service! The inn is charming and rustic (no cell service, but good Wi-Fi) with a cool game room featuring pool, ping pong, and foosball. The grab-and-go bag breakfast (hard-boiled egg, yogurt, fruit, granola bar, juice box, and self-serve coffee was ideal for hitting the local trailheads early in the morning. A fantastic spot just outside Keene. Highly recommended, and we'll definitely be back!"
