"The room was great, a good size, with a comfortable bed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a bank of EV chargers in the car park, which ensured our car was fully charged the next morning. We paid for breakfast, the hotels website states the breakfasts are made to order, they are not it's a buffet and the pain at chocolates were not fresh."

"Staff were so friendly. Stayed two nights with my 14 year old son. £10 for a leisure pass to use gym, pool, sauna and steam room. Pool tables and darts were available, lovely pub attached to the hotel with live sports and entertainment. 10 minute drive to pubs and restaurants although seen people order food to the hotel. 20 minute drive to Trentham monkey forest which was great, also drove past an ice cream parlour"

"Great location for the city centre. Parking isn’t great. Small underground car park, with very tight bays to squeeze into, and it’s often full. Beds weren’t great, pillows were fine, and shower strong and hot. TV fine and easy to plug in your own HDMI cable for external devices."

"We had a lovely stay and enjoyed the swimming pool very much. The food in the restaurant was good and the building itself was nice and with a unique circular shape. Our room was an amazing size for our family of 4, however our only cricism is that it was in need of renauvation as was quite dated and the furnishings looked very worn."
