"I didn't realize our room would be over a bar. Music was muted but well into the night and started early in the day. The room was clean and staff helpful, but limited TV and no coffee or tea service. Registration was at the bar. We checked out after one night."

"When we first walked in, the room looked nice. Then my son pulled out the sofa bed. It was terrible, the mattress dirty, & the frame was broken. There were no sheets, blanket or quilt for the pull out bed even though they knew 3 people were coming. When we asked for bedding for the pullout, she brought up 1 blanket & nothing else! The full length mirror in the bathroom is directly across from the toilet, no one wants that! It was awful!!! "

"We have stayed here several times and the hotel and staff have always been great. Last stay there were drunk people screaming in the parking lot at 2:00 am (not the hotels fault). The heat in the hotel and the room felt like 500 degrees so we slept with the window open all night."
