"I have stayed at Oceangate twice now. The staff I dealt with were friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious, with a microwave and frig, making it easy to take a meal in the room. The mattress was excellent and I got a good night's sleep every night. I loved having a view of the water from my balcony, and watching the light change as the sun went down. There was a variety of hot and cold choices each morning at breakfast. My only complaint is that the coffee could be better, other than that, it was a great stay."

"We loved our 7 night stay! The home has beautiful views and is very comfortable. The kitchen had everything you might need. The Botanical Gardens are a must see. We had hoped to go kayaking but it was a bit cold in October. We enjoyed all the hiking around Boothbay and seeing the fall leaves. Porter Preserve and Ocean View Point were our favorites. Jenn was very attentive when we contacted her."
