Cool family friendly place with lots of activities (ping pong, minigolf, canoes and kayaks) and a beautiful location and view from all the rooms. Very generous and tasty breakfast, too.

Nice place off the beaten path

Nice quiet place overlooking the water and close to Boothbay Harbor. Has tennis and basketball courts; minature golf and a heated pool.

The oceanfront location is really nice, the beds were comfortable and it was clean. Breakfast was good. I would stay again, as long as it isn't more expensive. I wouldn't pay top dollar to stay here.

The location was fantastic. The ocean, the trees, the wildlife. The room was dark. There was a small refrigerator but no microwave unless you walked up the hill to the dining area. The heater in the bathroom was broken and the heater in the living area hummed all night. Lots of hot water. Comfortable bed Not a terrible spot but not worth the price

This hidden gem is exactly what we were looking for. While the room was bare-bones, the property was spectacular. The resort is quintessential Maine. Stunning views of the cove and surrounding property, are worth the visit alone. We wished we could have stayed longer. The breakfast buffet was delish, and the amenities (pool, shuffleboard, paddling and dock views were a nice bonus. We made reservations to come back. I great place for a reset.

Great place to stay. Staff was very nice. The room we had was Huge. Nice updated bathroom. The only thing, I would say is that they should really invest in some new doors. The front door had a couple of cracks and could see outside. The back door you had pull really hard to open. Other than that, I would stay again.

I thought the property was very quaint, loved the views from my deck overlooking the water. Every staff member greeted me every time I came across them. I feel they did a wonderful job getting the property up to par seeing how they had just opened for the season on 6/18/25!! Breakfast was delicious.

The walls are pretty thin. The couple staying next to me fought off and on a large portion of the evening, as in screaming at each other. I could also hear the folks below me. And somewhere in the building there were children that were pretty loud as well. I’m glad mostly everyone was having a nice vacation but some type of insulation or ways to mitigate the noise would be a great idea for management to implement . I loved having the opportunity to paddle board but it’s pretty obvious that equipment hasn’t been updated, cleaned, or replaced in a while. The actual room was very clean, and the view was incredible. The staff was also extremely friendly and helpful.

Has potential to be a great place but needs some upkeep. The room was nothing like pictured. Great view but not much else I can say about this place. It may have been very clean but hard to tell because it was all so outdated.

The property is far more rustic than the pictures suggest. Also, it is a bit run down. Our room had a fantastic view but was definitely in need of some repairs. It was fine for our needs but I expected more for the price I paid.

The walkway into our room was missing stones between the paver making a huge tripping hazard. The kayaks should be scheduled so others have time. One groups used them all day making it limited for others. Not enough fire pits. The pool was great! The view to the harbor is getting blocked by trees and they could use some trimming and weed removal behind the unit at the bottom of the hill closer to the harbor. Still would go there again!!! Would recommend, the breakfast is also great!
