"My family and I had a wonderful experience! Everything about the property is charming: the floor to ceiling windows, the dock, the comfy couches, the fire pit. It has the feel of an old-fashioned summer cottage. We loved it. If you are looking for a lovely family spot with great views, a peaceful setting and just minutes from town, this is it. Shoutout to the wonderful neighbors who invited us to tour their garden and even clipped some flowers for us, and others who chatted and allowed us a tour of their painting "she-shed.""

"Lovely stay in Boothbay. The house is clean and modern. Air conditioning is listed as a feature, but there is just one AC unit, a floor model in the master bedroom room. Without shades on the windows, it got hot on the second floor with the mid day sun and there aren't any shades on the windows in the main room and kitchen. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and would return."

"Very clean rental located in a really nice quiet area of Boothbay Harbor. Somewhat eclectic decor and facilities, which made for many (good! ) conversations. Overall definitely recommend. Deck may need refinishing soon, but still very comfortable. Very well stocked kitchen utensils and pots/ pans. Beds were all very comfortable."

"This is a lovely property. It was very clean, quiet, and met all our needs. A quick drive to town for shopping and restaurants. We really enjoyed the Botanical Gardens and highly recommend this stop. We took kayaks out on our own for a nice two hour trip, Capn Fishes Puffin tour provided another view of the seashore, we learned so much from the guide and did see quite a few puffin! We did not take advantage of the fire pit but it looked great."

"First, Judy was an angel helping us, met us on time at the house, walked us through. Made sure we had everything, communicated how to get in touch if needed. I can not say enough about how amazing you all are! Thank you. We will be rebooking for later this summer and years to come!!"
