"The valet staff went above and beyond, and the front desk staff (for the most part) were friendly. The rooms, while relatively nice and clean, the outer facilities and those parts of the hotel seen thru my hotel room and from the elevator, were in need of a deep cleaning. It was clear this hotel is one in transition and I would hope that it will improve positively. A particular recommendation is for there to be more lighting out front; when returning to the hotel at night it was not very well-lit nor was there proper hotel signage. But what it lacked in bells and whistles, it made up for in hotel staff attentiveness. Overall, a nice stay. "

"The lobby should have fresh water available all day. Many people walk the city and it would be nice to have fresh water in the lobby. Carpet in room needs to be cleaned better. There was no cold water in the shower. The hot water was so hot I couldn’t use it comfortably."

"For the money, this was a great hotel. It offered everything we want in the room when we travel and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and helpful. The breakfast had multiple choices of hot food. The location was very convenient, so we could walk to all the places we wanted to visit. We especially appreciated the affordable, secured on site self-parking garage. We'd stay here again."

"The host was very communicative, and the house is in a good, central location. However, numerous things needed repair (towel bars pulling out of the wall, large damaged areas on walls, couldn’t use the tv in the living room because remote was not paired and couldn’t be); wasn’t as clean as it could be; poorly stocked (only two plates and two glasses for four people, no hand towels, no trash cans upstairs). Certainly not a bad place but for the money should have been better."

"We had a great stay here! The place was very clean and well-maintained, which made it feel comfortable right away. The location was perfect, close to multiple spots around Memphis, so getting around and finding things to do was super easy. Everything was simple to navigate, from check-in to getting in and out during our stay. Communication with the host was excellent, very responsive and helpful throughout. Overall, a really nice place and we’d definitely stay again!"

The home was very comfortable and more than met our needs. Owners were very responsive to any questions and provided all information we needed. Would recommend if coming to visit Memphis! "
