"Nice front desk staff, clean room, and quit area."

"You truly get what you pay for here, and unfortunately the photos are very misleading. While the front desk attendant was extremely kind, the condition of the room was hard to overlook. There was visible mold in the shower, and the water never got hot. Only one light had a working bulb, the smoke detector was missing a battery, more than half of the outlets didn’t work, and there was dust and grime throughout the room. The door didn’t close all the way—you could actually see outside—and when the wind blew it sounded like someone was trying to get in. There were stains in the toilet, water damage across the ceiling, and the bathroom overall felt so unsanitary that I felt cleaner not showering in it. Positives: the floors were nice, the towels and sheets were clean, and the small food truck area with picnic tables added some charm. The presence of people outside and cameras on every corner did provide a sense of security. With a thorough deep clean and proper maintenance—especially fixing the door—this place could be acceptable. As it stands, the condition does not match what’s advertised."

"Room was clean and decorated well. Area was very safe and quiet but being built up as lots of street lights had been put in but not operational yet. Bed was a little soft for my liking but still comfy. Pillows were very fluffy. Staff i encountered were very friendly. Make sure to call and pay deposit before 8pm if you plan to arrive after the office closes."
