"Nice place, very clean overall. Had a few hiccups, lady at the desk kept getting the numbers 6 and 9 mixed up and sent us with the wrong key and then sent staff to the wrong caravan. The cot was not already in the caravan, had to ring up to get it, was delivered but smelt of smoke and was broken and had to take it back. A staff member caught us halfway to the reception and kindly took it and got us a brand new one. Overall the customer service is top notch and everyone was very friendly and helpful to fix these mistakes. The on-site bar and restaurant is really expensive with small portions, it has a onsite fish and Chips which is a more affordable option and very tasty. Although the Pollock fillets had bones in them. Will come back again, very nice place xx"
