Moved me to another room where another guest entered the room (using the same key code) as I stepped out the shower. Mattress had an interesting feature where a spring poked in my back. I think Basil Fawlty provides a better service. "

"The apartment was perfect for us. The access info was given to us days ahead of time. It was clean and spacious and it was nice to relax and watch a movie on a TV that worked. We would definitely recommend this lovely apartment."

"We (a family of six) had a fantastic stay at the beautiful bungalow on Carmel and Simon's property. The place is stunning — we especially enjoyed the lovely pool, the amazing garden, and the tennis court. Carmel and Simon were wonderful hosts: very helpful, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. The location is perfect for exploring London, Box Hill, Leith Hill, and many other great spots in and around Surrey and London. Highly recommended!"
