Having traveled extensively across the country and stayed in many top hotels, this one truly stood out. The room was comfortable and beautifully appointed, offering everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The food was delicious and thoughtfully prepared, while the staff were friendly, attentive, and professional throughout my visit. The bar was also a great spot to unwind, with a wonderful atmosphere and excellent service. "The only issue was internet kept going in and out and ended up going to sit in the lobby to do my emails, calls, etc. otherwise ideal location, comfy and stafff so friendly! "

"Clean large room. Safe didn’t function and no lightbulb in desk lamp. Door card would only function on the 3rd attempt every time. Nice hotel but totally marred by an ‘Anime’ convention which lasted the 2 nights we were there. The hotel never informed us of this before our stay but if they had we would never have booked the accommodation. Noisy and packed with animated dysfunctional young people. We have yet to contact the hotel to raise our huge disappointment!"
